By downloading or using Review Arcade ("the App") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These terms are between you and the App publisher, not Apple Inc.
Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Review Arcade.
The App is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (LAEULA) and these terms. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or distribute the App except as permitted by Apple's LAEULA.
You must be old enough under your local law to enter a binding agreement. If you are under that age, a parent or guardian must accept these terms on your behalf and supervise your use. Paid features are not active in this release.
Purchases are disabled in this release. The App does not offer active StoreKit products, subscriptions, paid shard packs, or a Restore Purchases flow. If purchases are added in a future update, they will be processed by Apple's App Store and current prices will be shown in the App before purchase.
No subscriptions are offered in this release. If a subscription is added in a future update, Apple subscription terms, renewal timing, cancellation controls, and pricing will be shown before purchase.
No non-consumable purchases are active in this release. If fixed cosmetic purchases are added in a future update, they will unlock fixed in-app content tied to your Apple ID and support Apple's standard restore behavior.
The App may show advertisements. Ads are served by Google AdMob in non-personalized mode. No user-identifying data is shared with ad networks for tracking across apps or sites, and the App does not display the App Tracking Transparency prompt because it does not request the IDFA. Some ads may be rewarded ads that grant earned in-app cosmetics; rewarded ads are optional.
Public-handle names you choose for leaderboards must not include real names, contact information, slurs, sexual content, or content targeting an individual. The App applies a content filter and may remove or replace handles that violate these terms.
Review Arcade is an independent study and review product. It is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by Apple Inc., any school district, the New York State Education Department, the College Board, or any other educational authority. Content is provided as-is for review and practice; the App is not a substitute for instruction or official curriculum materials.
The App is local-first: profiles, progress, locker items, and settings are stored on your device. You may export or reset local data at any time from in-app Settings. If a global leaderboard is enabled, you may request removal of your public handle via the Support page.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of educational content, and non-infringement. You use the App at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App publisher is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of the App. The total cumulative liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the amount you paid to the publisher for the App in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are between you and the App publisher only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you.
The publisher may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this hosted Terms URL. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except that Apple's LAEULA governs to the extent it conflicts with these terms. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, New York, except where prohibited by local consumer law.
